The Aups Tourist Information Office is located in the region of Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon in the Verdon Regional Natural Park. A welcome in several languages, a personalized advice according to your desires, your needs and always in order to satisfy your requests...

The Aups Tourist Information Office is just a few dozen m from the start of the 18 km and 19 km mountain bike trails and the departmental circuit "Terres, truffes et cascades". What's more, the departmental circuit "Les barrages du Verdon" passes through the village entrance (Aups - Régusse traffic circle) which can be reached after a 1 km cycle along the local road, with a 30 m ascent. A rack for 4 bikes is available next to the entrance. Other bike racks are located in front of the Maison de Santé parking lot (next to the professional parking lot). Sanitary facilities are located 160 m away (on the square near the pharmacy and the public weights). Drinking water points are located 50 m away (at the corner of the Bicentenaire garden) and 190 m away (next to the bus shelter). Our team will provide you with a warm welcome and specialized documentation. A pump and repair kit are on hand to help you out. Recharge your batteries at the charging station (fee payable) in the parking lot opposite the Maison de Santé.
