This stay is offered to discover an authentic territory, preserved and full of riches. The ideal is to start the stay on Tuesday to be able to fully enjoy the organised tours and the weekly market on Friday morning in Lourmarin.

Day 1: Setup at the accommodation and visit of Cadenet

Arrival in Cadenet in the early afternoon.
You will be welcomed at the Mas du Colombier, a 3* charming hotel labeled “Accueil Vélo”. You will start with the Cadenet walking tour from the hotel. On the heights of the village, you will enjoy the magnificent panorama from the remains of the castle: breathtaking views of the Alpilles, Sainte-Victoire and the Durance Valley. If you wish you can visit the Basketry Museum (surcharge), then return to the hotel for a tasty dinner.

Day 2: Terroir and freshness of the South Luberon - Cucuron and the Etang de la Bonde (50 km)

On the handlebar of your electric bike, follow the route of “Le Pays d'Aigues à vélo”: this day will appeal to your “sense of taste” with a stop at the Domaine de la Bastide du Laval in Cadenet for a tasting of their organic olive oil and a visit of the olive grove. Then discover Cucuron, its basin, its church and its ramparts then continue towards the Bonde pond to rest there, lulled by the sounds of the wind and birds. Join the Domaine de la Cavale for a guided tour of the winery and an AOC Luberon wine tasting.

Day 3: Assault the village of Sud Luberon - Ansouis and Lauris (35 km)

On the agenda of the day, the visit of Ansouis “Most Beau Village de France”, following the itinerary of the “Pays d'Aigues à Vélo”: you can visit the Castle and its Extraordinary Museum. For gourmets, discover the Art Glacier, a master glacier craftsman who offer exceptional ice cream and sorbets with a breathtaking panorama of the Luberon (+ 12 km A/R).
The bravest will be able to pedal to Lauris to enjoy a superb view of the Durance Valley from the hilltop village (+15 km A/R).
Possibility to visit the Jardin Conservatoire des Plantes Tinctoriales (additional charge).

Day 4: Morning in one of the most beautiful villages in France - Lourmarin (15 km)

In the saddle for Lourmarin also “Plus Beau Village de France”.
On Friday morning, a nice Provencal market: discovery also goes through the sense of “touch”: paradise is at your fingertips!
Stroll through the small, typically Provencal pedestrian streets, visit its famous castle or the tomb of Albert Camus.
