Saint Michel the Observatory is known as one of the most beautiful villages in the country of Forcalquier, it is also said of this village that it speaks to the stars...

Nestled in the sun, under the sky of Provence, Saint Michel l'Observatoire is a strategic site for observing the sky. Comets and planets of the solar system, stars and interstellar materials of the galaxy will no longer have secrets for you.

The tourist office welcomes you from April to October and offers: tourist documentation, sites and museums, accommodation, restaurants, bike/mountain biking tours, hiking, ticket sales for the observatory and the astronomy center.

From 01/04 to 30/06
Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.

From 01/07 to 31/08
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 01/09 to 30/09
Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
