You will also appreciate the authentic charm of the villages crossed.

'Lure Challenge' app
The principle is simple: a timed and animated ascent of the Lure mountain, emblematic of Haute-Provence.
Starting from Saint-Étienne-les-Orgues, this 18 km climb with an average gradient of 5.8% crosses a diversity of landscapes and offers magnificent views of the Pays de Forcalquier, the Durance valley and the Alps. This cycling challenge is open to the greatest number of people.
Depending on your sporting level and your ascent time, you leave with your gold, silver or bronze diploma. The route is animated by messages of encouragement and tourist information.
To take up the challenge, download the “Challenge de Lure” application on your smartphone (Apple and Android). If you don't have a smartphone, you can rent one at the inter-municipal tourist office in Saint-Étienne-les-Orgues or, quite simply, time yourself manually.
