Day 1: Welcome to the Moulin du Château

Edith and Manon welcome you to the Moulin du Château, a charming hotel in the heart of Verdon located in Saint-Laurent-du-Verdon.
Here we cultivate a philosophy of hospitality and respect for the environment as much as our guests. Take advantage of the end of the day to stroll through our large Provencal garden or go for a walk to the edge of the Verdon and Lake Artignosc. Upon your return to the hotel, we will offer Mediterranean cuisine invented by us and concocted from selected local products. What to put your mouth water!

Day 2: Day in VAE on the Basses Gorges bike route | Saint-Laurent du-Verdon - Quinson- Allemagne-en-Provence - Montagnac- Saint-Laurent du-Verdon (37 km — D+ 570 M)

To start your day, enjoy a good breakfast made from local and organic products. Once your batteries are charged, collect your electric bikes! On the program, 37 km fully marked following the route of the “Basses Gorges”. Travel on pleasant little roads, in colorful and bright landscapes, where the scrubland and its scents will attract all your senses. Wheat fields, almond and lavender fields but also truffles are ubiquitous. You will recognize these by the plots of oak trees lined up and scratched at their foot. The circuit starts with a pretty little shaded road before proposing a nice descent to Quinson, a charming village of character. The route continues with a climb on the Valensole Plateau. Take your breath back and let yourself be drunk by the fragrances of the South. Continue towards Allemagne-en-Provence, then Montagnac and Montpezat; picturesque villages that invite you to make a stop.

If you wish, we can prepare a picnic to enjoy on the course, on a shaded square, in the shade of an almond tree or feet in the water (picnic not included, €11).

After the effort, comfort... Your day will be punctuated by a tasty dinner in a friendly atmosphere, in the dining room or in our green garden depending on the season of your stay.

Day 3: Canoe immersion in the Baudinard Gorges and swimming in Lake Artignosc

After your breakfast, join Lake Montpezat for a sensational day by canoe (Base Yannick + Aquattitude Base Nautique) in the heart of the Baudinard Gorges, marking the beginning of the Lower Gorges of Verdon. You will be amazed at the steep, narrow cliffs of 100 to 150 m. The lush vegetation, the cream-coloured cliffs, the resurgences that spring from the rock and the turquoise waters offer a magical setting... and refreshing!

Return to the hotel and departure.

The stay includes:
