Parcours n°5 - Ménerbes
Between Luberon and Monts de Vaucluse, here is a bike circuit that takes you between the hilltop villages and the agricultural plains bordering the Calavon.

It is a bike route in the permanent footsteps of an agrarian civilization that has been able to value and tame the stone (bories, terraces, walls).
Not to be missed:
Menerbes: the square of the Town Hall with its belfry and the former hospice (House of Truffle and Wine). 14th century church with altarpiece. Wide panorama from the old cemetery.
Goult: Romanesque church of San Sebastián, the castrum of the upper village, the Conservatory of the terraces of culture (walking route). The Priory Notre-Dame-de-Lumière (against the bottom of the village).
Walls: traditional habitat and shaded plots, suitable for breaks.
Joucas: picturesque village, caladées alleys, contemporary art exhibition.
Saint-Pantaleon: Romanesque chapel (12th century) surrounded by tombs dug in the rock, the village.
Les Beaumettes: many cave dwellings restored and inhabited.
